  • How much is a rental car?

    The cost of a rental car depends on many factors and can vary greatly. These factors include:

    • The length of time you are renting the car
    • Added insurance
    • Additional products selected
    • If you have to modify your reservation
    • If you have to extend your reservation

  • What is the age requirement to rent a vehicle?

    At Ultimate Car Club rentals, you must be 25 and over to rent a vehicle. 

  • Can I return a rental car early and get a refund?

    If you need to drop off your car earlier than expected, call the local number the rental company should have given you with the paperwork you got when you picked up the car. You will not receive a refund for the unused days, but there shouldn't be any charges for returning the car early.

  • What should I do if I get in an accident in a rental car?

    If you are in an accident, your safety is important. Please call 919 or the nearest police station for assistance and file a police report. 

    DO NOT leave the scene of the accident until the authorities have arrived.

     

    As you wait for the authorities to arrive, contact us via Whatsapp or call. If it occurs outside of our operation hours, be sure to contact the authorities for resolution, gather the third-party’s information and take photos of the scene to provide to us on the next business day.

    We do not accept cash. We accept online payments, credit/debit card payments or bank transfers to our bank at First Caribbean Bank.
