Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
- Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made 1 day (24 Hours) in advance of the scheduled rental period with a $50 dollar cancellation fee.
- Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made in less than 1 day (24 Hours) of the scheduled rental period with a $100 dollar cancellation fee.
- If you fail to pick up your prepaid rental on the specified pick-up date, you will receive a full refund minus a no show fee of $100
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or method convenient for both parties.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Early Return:
- Partial Refunds:
- No refunds will be provided for early returns after the rental period has commenced.
- Refunds for early returns made before the scheduled end date may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to review.
No-Show Policy:
- Non-Appearance:
- Failure to pick up the vehicle without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of the rental fees.
- Communication:
- If you anticipate a delay or cannot collect the vehicle at the agreed-upon time, please notify us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
Damage Deposit:
- Deposit Refunds:
- Damage deposits will be refunded within 10-15 working days of the end of the rental period, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when rented.
- Deductibles:
- Any charges related to damages or additional fees incurred during the rental period will be deducted from the damage deposit.
Special Circumstances:
- Exceptions:
- In cases of extenuating circumstances, such as documented emergencies or unavoidable events, we may review and consider refund requests at our discretion.
